Our Ranch is a boutique property that offers a mix of high-end amenities and outdoor adventure.
Most formal meetings take place in our Newport Room, which can seat up to 56 guests. Windows all around give the room a feeling of being out in nature, yet completely protected from the elements.
The Redwood Room is adjacent to our Fireside Spa and can host up to 20 guests for meetings and other groups.
For those who want to find inspiration in nature, imagine a breakout session at Council Bluffs, complete with a fire pit and rock circle for seating. Our staff can bring your group up to the top of the ridge in our ATV's for a picnic lunch, and a guided hike through the Redwoods is sure to get your creative energy flowing.
Our catering staff can manage all daytime meals as well as special dinners and cocktail hours.
There is a conference room with a separate entrance in the lower level of Redwood House. It has a wide screen TV, and Internet service. The room is dramatic as it is here that the large redwood trees holding up the structure are bolted to the floor and rise up through the ceiling. There is a cozy seating arrangement around a fireplace and, when not used for conferences, the room is available to our guests for recreation. The conference room can seat 40 people.
